Matt Carr, owner of Carr Industries (which offers RV, residential or commercial cabinetry and countertop manufacturing in Veneta, Oregon), is an artisan craftsman of cabinetry and countertops and a personal good friend. He stands head and shoulders above in this industry when it comes to woodworking and intricate custom projects. He can make your dream interior a reality. He learned his craft over nearly three decades of honing his skills.
Matt began his career at Country Coach at age 20 as a cabinet maker. He quickly progressed through the company ranks, becoming an expert in the field: from the concept and design phase to manufacturing and installing and when necessary repairing everything from cabinets to countertops to raised panel doors to soffits and snack tray knobs.
Matt Carr has built or helped build or design in one form or fashion, the cabinetry for every floorplan for every model of motorcoach Country Coach built, from the Class C’s, to the diesel pushers and the bus conversions during the time he was with Country Coach Inc. He took over the reins of Country Coach Cabinet Division plant manager in 1993.
After 23 years of honing his craft with Country Coach LLC, five years ago Matt branched out on his own, launching Carr Industries, a company devoted to crafting cabinetry and countertops for RV and residential applications. Carr Industries specializes in all motorhomes from Class C’s to diesel pushers and all manufacturers, as well as residential work.
Matt is also an avid fan of motorhome clubs, and in particular, Country Coach Friends Incorporated. Carr Industries joined a select group of businesses, in fact, as an original sponsor of Country Coach Friends at their formation rally in 2011 in Harrisburg, Oregon. Carr is a big fan of the club and doesn't miss a rally. He encourages people he does work for to contact John and Juanita Malabicky, Club President, to learn more about this club. Country Coach Friends Incorporated, an international chapter of Family Motor Coach Association, enjoys Carr Industries as an advertiser in the club's monthly enews publication, Friends to Friends. He is also a loyal rally supporter. At a CC Friends rally you will find Matt at work in attendees' coaches and exhibiting in the vendor area.
